Zoning: Much of the commercial corridor of Shelbyville has been rezoned by the efforts of Mr. Neal on behalf of clients. His experience with zoning, zoning litigation, and zoning appeals is vast.

Contracts: Both Mr. Neal and Mr. Davis prepare contracts of all types, including real estate, business agreements, confidentiality, non-compete, prenuptial, divorce, and commercial.

Construction litigation: Mr. Neal has tried many construction cases, including residential, commercial, highway, and farm. He has published an article on construction contracts in the Kentucky Bar Association Journal concerning statutory requirements.

Wills, probate and estates: Both Mr. Neal and Mr. Davis have extensive experience in these matters.

Banking including lender liability: Mr. Neal has secured settlements and verdicts in these matters.

Insurance and bad faith: Mr. Neal has obtained settlements and verdicts against insurance companies who did not treat their insureds fairly.

Employment including wrongful termination: Mr. Neal has helped those who have been fired for no good reason and those who have been sexually harassed.
