In 1973, Mr. Neal graduated from the University of Louisville Law School and began his legal practice with Ben Matthews who was also President of Shelby County Trust Bank. He formed his own firm in 1977 with Cliff Walters and Bill Stewart. Mr. Davis joined the firm in 1979 and Bill Stewart became a circuit judge. Mr. Neal and Mr. Davis have been partners since then. Linda Armstrong, practiced with the firm until she became a District Court Judge. The firm is involved in the community and continues to be a leader in providing legal services to Shelby County and statewide.
